2012 Audio System Issue (BT Phone)

Hey Guys

On my 2012 EXL. The audio system (NAV) will not allow me to add a new phone (I've tried a few) nor will it let me remove any of my 5 old ones from over the years. It's almost like it freezes. Then. I get a message "temporarily unavailable" or something along those lines... Is there any way to do a hard reset. Or. Any other fixes? Thanks.

It doesn't look like the "reset" removes the phone from what I'm seeing, but worth a shot?

Hey. Thanks for the reply. I have indeed tried the reset method you listed there... And yes. That is how I am trying to add and delete below that... Nothing has worked so far...

So he says this DOES remove all phone info and clears the unit.
