It's possible but they won't have the mount on the front strut for the front sway bar. SO even if everything else lines up you will be having to remove the front sway at a minimum to make them work.

Any particular reason you are looking at those? Found them on closeout somewhere?

Even if it'd fit, you're talking about a significant weight difference between the 7th gen and 9th gen civics. Over 300lbs heavier.
