Even if you remove the white section that silver peice you want to remove will be firmly in place. If I were you, I would just attempt to wrap the silver peice without removing the panel from the door.
It will be difficult to keep the structural integrity of the panel if you remove the white...
You have to remove the panel to remove the silver trim peice. There are a couple spots the are plastic welded to the top part of the panel.
See all the white "dots".....you have to cut those off and then glue those spots back.

He mentioned that TSBs are year and vin specific so he basically knew he wasn't going to find anything. Just gave him the TSB info for his knowledge and basically let him know that it is an issue across different model years. He also mentioned that the TSB wouldn't matter...
Prob going to drive it around to replicate the sound and go from there. He checked for TSB under a 2015 Si but nothing came up. Might have to show him this thread.
So I'm at slightly over 13,000 miles on my 15 Si and have been hearing this honing type noise when trying to engage 1st from a dead stop. Happens pretty often than not. Noticed the noise about 2 weeks ago.
Looks like I will be making a stop at the local Honda dealer and calling a friend that...
Yes, when you lower the car the wheels will gain a negative camber.
The height the offset number the more the wheel sits closer to the car. So say a 55 offset, the outer wheel lip while be inside the fender. A 25 offset, the outer wheel lip will be outside of the fender, as in wider than the car.
@bootyluvr Got my CPU back mid-day yesterday. Hard drive was the issue.
Still dealing with issues of having a new hard drive and trying to get all my system setting back in order to efficiently do my job.

Added the Civic Hybrid tails to the car this weekend....could be any happier right now. I've always been iffy about them from seeing them only in pics but they look amazing in person and in the car.
