Take it to them and have them fix it. Nothing is stopping them from doing repairs

It would say right on the contract. Return policies on vehicles is beyond rare. There is no rule for certified vehicles. It’d be a policy the dealer has for returns, and if they have a return policy I’d be beyond amazed.
