Vacation Thread

your car isnt clapped out. CA cops wont pull you over. FFX cops have nothing better to do.

On another note maybe I'll change my visit to be the same time as @bootyluvr
iz loud tho….. not skank loud… or maybe after the skank, nothing sounds like due to hearing loss

Has technology evolved enough to where I can ignore my own posts

:nerd: After doing detective work, it seems he'll be in Northern California at the end of August. I could make a pit stop before I'm supposed to go to Oregon.
West Coast Crabz Meet??????

Not sure if I mentioned about the Alaska Cruise I'm doing in July. Holland America is the cruise line. Think it's more older people but I'm fine with that. My wife and MIL used them for when they did a cruise last year I believe.

It's more of a trip my MIL wants to go on before she dies. Like a bucket list trip. She's doing fine health wise but I guess since she will be 75 this year she wants to go while she can.

Baltimore -> Seattle
Cruise up to Alaska and back down
Seattle -> Baltimore

So it's going to be my wife and I in a room. MIL and wife's friend together in another room. Wife's other friend and her boyfriend in a room. Wife's other friend (just mentioned) mom and sister in a room. We thought it was going to be 6 of us but the one friend invited her mom/sister..

I keep seeing dollar sign ($$$) but it's a 'once in a lifetime' trip. I'm not planning on going back to Alaska lol

Cruise (gotta have the balcony/verandah room - can't be inside whatever they call it)
* Drink & WiFi package
* Excursions
* Wife wants to do the spa one day
* Transferred from airport to hotel / hotel to cruise terminal / cruise terminal to airport
Flights
Hotel in Seattle before the cruise
Food in Seattle
Site seeing crap

:hmmm?:

Alaska - I liked it (no Webby I wouldn't move there)
Cruise - Overall good experience. We didn't like that they didn't tell us before going that there was a Christian Band that booked 1k (?) rooms for their fans and there were less shows due to them performing in the main stage area. Also dining room was always packed because they would let out of the 'concert' (show) at a good time when most people would go to dinner.
Other - Mother in Law was a pain in the ***. Walking for her was challenging (the amount of it). Even walking on the ship from one end to the other (it was a small ship) was tough...

Side Note: We enjoyed Seattle. At least the area we stayed in. The Seattle Mariners stadium was FUN! We went to 2 games and it wasn't planned (my wife is all about the plans/itinerary).

I'd definitely come back to Seattle to go to a game with @FooBird !
