R18 Emblem - What do you guys think.?

So I bought the red "R" emblem and the numbers 18, but im thinking the R is too big. What do you guys think. I taped them to the back to see how they would look, also in the front grille. Let me know if it looks good. Front? Back? Both?.. Or too big? lol

The R might be a little too big but i think it looks really good!
You should post where you bought them from if others are interested
 
I think it looks good, with the exception that the size needs to be smaller(since you asked).
 
Not bad. I also think the R should be smaller and maybe a less aggressive font?
 
Not bad... I think it would look good with the R the same as the 18. But that's just me. Subtle but there.

Thanks for the feedback guys. But I agree that's its too big, ill probably just end up selling the R and getting a smaller one.
 
I know there's a site on the 8th that a lot of people used to get custom emblems, maybe webby can point you in the right direction.

Personally I liked when people used a R from the RR emblem and added an 18 to it.

I bought this R from eBay, but it's selling in a lot of different places. The numbers I bought from emblemart.com.
 
Yeah there's a couple websites that do custom orders but require a minimum of 300 to purchase.
 
Agree, the R is a little on the large side. I would change your H for the red JDM badge and I would also put a red vinyl over your CIVIC badge. The red R will fit really nicely after that.

Here's what mine looks like.....minus the red R and 18.

*UPDATE* So I bought the "type-R" emblem with 3m adhesive and cut off the word "type" and just kept the red R. Decided not to go with the other one I had first since it was on the large size. Plus I also added the JDM Emblems.
This is how it turned out, overall I'm happy with it. Looks better then the other giant R lolimage.jpg
