good heat, nothing overwhelming but the point of the peppers under the bird was kinda lost on us
I know Tesla had a stretch where they streamlined the manufacturing by using a single battery pack and software locked out the top of it for the lower range cars. Never bothered to look deeper and see if they did anything intelligent like let the battery management system use the locked out...
that was my one motivation for exploring a tankless, freeing up the space that the heater currently occupies in a mechanical closet in the middle of the house, but not worth the cost
Water heater controller went, thought it was just the thermopile but that didnt fix it. Going to tankless is 2x as much, needs a larger gas line and new holes in the roof, so its going to be replaced with another tank
i thought it was weird too but i was days from falling out of the extended warranty when they started the process, and it was in the midst of peak pandemic parts scarcity. They extended the powertrain warranty another 3 years and put me in their loaner car for over a month while it all happened...
