Kirkland, WA. lol. They’re all over the place. Have had candidates like that on the ballots here for a decade or more.

One year we had a Communist vs. Nazi vs. Governors daughter for Port of Seattle position. To say the least, that governors daughter got her foothold in politics during that election. She then got her special interest group into a state level position to pass the gasoline and electricity cap and trade plan that increased gas prices by 50 cents a couple of years back.

I didn't like the guy, only agreed with things he said here and there, but don't think he deserved to be murdered for his thoughts/opinions. I don't think anyone should be, whether I agree with them or not. If we can't tolerate folks having a different opinion than us, what are we even doing?
 
I don't condone gun violence or death for opinions.

But if be ok with it if they were pedophiles.

I never listen to the guy but I saw some clips here and there. Looked up some of his controversial topics and do not agree with anything I saw. I'm also very anti religious and anti gun ( mostly anything other than hunting rifles).

BTW...there was yet another school shooting yesterday, since no one seems to be covering it from what I am seeing on TV and even less on the interwebz.
 
So I just had some Jehovah's Witness ladies come to my door....They def knew about the Kirk dude since it was part of their speech and I interrupted them and told them there was a school shooting also. They had no clue!

What the actual ****!

Body count wasn’t high enough (only shooter died), 2 injured.

Lost to overt political assassination.

Last school shooting before didn’t get much attention except from folks like Charlie Kirk, who was killed while discussing his perspective on that shooting, from what I’ve seen.

Need to remember one key point - the news itself has an agenda, be it left or right. They can’t report on absolutely everything. They will report on stories that will get people clicking on websites and tuning into television channels/streaming. Also, if the story goes towards discrediting the news or preferred corporate perspective, then it’s buried.

What I don't get is why the Charlotte story of the lady getting stabbed to death is making national news.

Maybe because she is from Ukraine? Maybe because the guy has been arrested a ton of times and his last arrest he was let go with no bond?

I know Trump is talking about a cashless bond rule/law.....which NC does not have. But they do allow a $0 bond as long as the criminal agrees to a couple things. Which I guess can sound similar but technically are not the same things......according to experts on the news channels.

Kimmell didn’t need to go off the air. But if he poisoned his position like Colbert and others, so be it. Sure, the z republicans trying to score points. But for 4 years, it was Democrats trying to score points with a failing Biden presidency.

Here, it may be left-wing ideology with Antifa leanings. Kid may have grown up in a Republican-leaning family, but news stories indicate a collegiate shift in politics hard to the left, with trans/furry, Antifa, and anti-capitalist views.

It’s kinda tiring to see constant media of being right-wing and MAGA folks committing violence when it’s been Antifa and their brethren ripping cities apart since 2016. Not a group of folks who had a single protest get out of hand on Jan 6, 2020. Speaking from Seattle and Portland burn on a regular basis from Antifa riots on a regular basis. Speaking from multiple assassination attempts over the last several years from left-wing folks. Seattle is 50% Democrat, 45% Communist, and 5% Republican. It’s not the 5% destroying the city.

Just to say - MAGA ain’t killing MAGA. Anti-MAGA wants to kill MAGA. There are lots of radicals out there calling for the elimination of their opposition and it goes one direction, and it’s not the lies that are being spouted by the likes of Kimmel. So, does he deserve to be off the air, probably not. But, for years it’s been to folks on the right - freedom of speech pertains to government making laws to prevent you from talking. It doesn’t prevent your employer from canning your *** from being stupid (anti-vaxxer, Covid idiot, or Colbert and Kimmel).
